Who are The Ascended Masters?

They are the Timeless Teachers of Humanity. They have been present with us throughout the ages.  Most of us are familiar with at least one or several of them, but many are unaware of who and what they really are (or were).

I have tried and just can't meditate, is there something I can do?

Yes. Meditation no longer needs to separate you from your daily life and can now be accomplished in an instant. RJ Spina teaches "instantaneous" meditations/ "magick tricks" that align you with your I AM presence. When the I AM is online, doingness emanates from the the Self rather than the programmed egoic mind. I have compiled a list of these tricks from various interviews and his books. How can I participate with you?
